Step 4: Project Facilitation |

Modern Design/Oadbe will take a hands-on approach throughout the design and building phases of your project.
- If desired, Oadbe/Modern Design can be a part of choosing the General Contractor during the presentation process to assure that the contractor can meet the design standards as specified in your drawings.
- Oadbe/Modern Design will take a strong role in dealing with the contractor though the pricing and quoting stages to ensure a balanced, competitive bid process. The construction contract will be withyou, but we will confirm the terms and conditions are equitable.
- Coordinate City’s requirements and translate through the drawings created by Oadbe/Modern Design and all professionally associated firms.
- Identify sources for materials and fixtures to achieve efficient costs and ensure on-time delivery.
- We do not include on-site supervision in our service fees as this will be the responsibility of the General Contractor. Our role is to interpret the drawing package, answer questions, expedite any drawing issues and work with the General Contractor throughout the construction process. We have allowed for three site visits in our fee structure to gain a hands-on viewpoint of the construction.
- Of course, Oadbe/Modern Design will be available via e-mail and telephone to maintain constant communication throughout the construction of your new facility.
