Step 1: Conceptual Design

A. Site Plan |
- Draw the site as per original site survey
- Visit site and photograph for elevations
- Place proposed building and lay out parking spaces
- Locate site services
- Confirm with city on minimum requirements for parking spaces

B. Interior Planning |
- Visit your office for an analysis of functions and flows
- Take criteria of wants, needs, and expectations for the new space
- Create a preliminary conceptual interior design
- Conceptual plan revisions - We expect and encourage client and staff to critique the plan. This proposal allows revisions, incorporating new solutions, and compromise, at no additional cost.
- Preliminary cost-of-construction analysis and report to client
- Approval of final revised plans by client
